Starter Storage Jar, Bormioli – 67.5 oz (2-pack)

This is for a TWO-PACK of the 2-liter jars (66.75 oz each), which is perfect so you can always have one jar on the counter with your starter, and another in the dishwasher. These are my jars of choice, size-wise. I do swap jars every week when I divide my starter, so this is a timesaver for me. I also prefer jars with metal clip-top latches so I can let a little bit of air in while still keeping it covered. The extra room in the jar means you never have to worry about an active starter spilling onto your counter.
