What is the bake time for muffins in this recipe? The picture shows muffins but directions are for loaf cakes.

The recipe calls for 1-2 small boxes cheesecake instant pudding. What does this mean? Would be quite a difference between adding 1 or 2.

I found this a little bland and frosted it with half a can of the coconut pecan frosting you usually use on German chocolate cake. Anybody added anything to zing it up or converted it into cookies?
