Vanilla Instant Pudding
Use this homemade vanilla pudding mix as a substitute for any Amish Friendship Bread recipe that calls for a box of instant pudding.
Servings: 10 cups
Ingredients
- 3 cups nonfat dry milk
- 4 cups sugar
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups cornstarch
- 5 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions
- Mix and store in airtight container.
- Use ½ cup of mix per box of instant pudding being substituted.
- ENJOY!
